Features

Quiet by design.
Useful when you ask.

Built for the irregular routines that fall between “habit” and “appointment.” Filters, plants, haircuts, dentists, calls — the things you'd otherwise forget.

ON-DEVICE

Quiet, on-device

Apple Foundation Models notice patterns and write a weekly “This week, lately” summary on your Trail. Nothing leaves your phone.

Gentle nudges

Off by default. Per-routine, with the offset you choose. Lately is a record of what you’ve done, not a chore list.

Calendar that watches

Month or year view. Up to four colored dots per day for what you’ve noted. Soft rings on the days something seems due.

Trail of notes

A quiet timeline of what you’ve noted, lately. Sage at the start, honey at the latest. Sticky day headers and filter chips per routine.

Library of starters

Pre-baked routines for the things you tend to forget — plants, filters, refills, haircuts. Pick a few; tweak the rhythm later.

Widgets, free

Pin any routine to a Home-screen widget. Glance at when you last did it, without opening the app.

Shortcuts & Siri

“Hey Siri, note Water plants.” Note Again. Take It Back. App Intents for the things you reach for often.

PRIVATE

iCloud, end-to-end

Syncs between your own devices, end-to-end encrypted. No accounts. No cloud you can see.

Plus little touches

Small things that tend to matter, lately.

Share cards

Share a Lately notice as an image, with an optional wordmark.

CSV export

Settings → Data → Export to CSV. Your notes, yours to take.

Alternate icons

Default, Sunrise, Sage, Honey, Dusk, Plum, Cream. Same Arc, different shades.

Yours to shape

Card or list. Sparkline, dots, or none. Six theme colors. Sage or tinted tab bar.

How it works

How it works

Three small things. Nothing to learn.

1

Add a routine

Pick from the library (plants, filters, refills, haircuts) or add your own. Up to seven, free.

2

Note when you did it

Tap “Just did it” once. That’s the whole interaction. Each tap becomes a note on your Trail.

3

Lately watches, quietly

After a few notes, Lately starts noticing the rhythm. On your Trail you’ll find a weekly summary. On each routine, a small insight, when there’s something worth saying.

Nudges are off by default. You decide if Lately taps you on the shoulder.

Pricing

Lately, lately

Lately is free for up to seven routines. Plus is for when seven isn’t enough.

On your phone, not in a cloud

Notes, routines, insights — all stored locally. The on-device Apple Foundation Models do the noticing. Nothing leaves your phone.

iCloud sync, end-to-end encrypted

Your patterns sync between your own devices through iCloud. Encrypted end-to-end. We don't see any of it — there's no 'we' to see it.

No account, no analytics, no ads

Open the app. Add a routine. That's it. There's no signup, no email, no tracking pixel.

What we collect: nothing. What we store: nothing. What we sell: nothing.

Yours, lately.

Seven free routines. No account. Nothing leaves your phone.

Lately, you watered the basil around once a week.

It's been a while since the air filter, usually.

I'm pretty sure the haircut comes around in about three weeks.
