Where's my data?
On your phone, and on iCloud if you have iCloud Drive on. Nowhere else.
How do I add more than seven routines?
Lately Plus. Settings → See plans.
Why are nudges off?
Lately is a record of what you've done, not a chore list. Turn them on per-routine if you want them.
How does the on-device AI work?
Apple Foundation Models on your phone. After a few notes per routine, you'll see a "What I've noticed" card on that routine and a weekly summary on your Trail.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Settings → Data → Export to CSV.
Does Lately work on Mac / Web / Watch?
iPhone and iPad only, iOS 26+. No web. No watch app yet.
How do I restore my Plus subscription?
Settings → Restore purchases.
