Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2, 2026
Lately doesn't ask you to sign up. There's no account. There's no analytics. There are no ads. Your data is yours, on your phone.
What we collect
Nothing. Genuinely. No personal information, no usage analytics, no crash telemetry, no behavioral data. There's no account to create, no email to enter, no profile to fill out. Nursoftai has no servers that touch your data.
What's stored on your device
Your routines, your notes, the insights the on-device model generates, and your settings — all of it lives on your iPhone or iPad. Delete the app and that local copy goes with it.
iCloud sync
If iCloud Drive is on, Lately syncs through Apple's private CloudKit database. That's end-to-end encrypted and tied to your Apple ID — it moves between your own devices only. Nursoftai can't see it. Apple can't read it.
On-device AI
Lately uses Apple Foundation Models — the on-device AI built into iOS 26 — for the weekly Trail summary and the per-routine “What I've noticed” insights. Every model call runs on your phone, on Apple's Neural Engine. No prompts, no outputs, and no inference data ever leave the device.
Purchases
Lately Plus is handled by Apple through StoreKit. We don't see card details, names, or addresses. Apple shares limited, aggregated transaction info (like a subscriber count) so we can run the business — nothing tied to you personally.
Sharing & export
Anything you share or export is user-initiated. A notice share-card is a PNG generated locally on your phone — what happens to it after that is your choice. CSV export saves to a location you pick. Neither leaves your device unless you send it somewhere.
Children
Lately doesn't collect anything from anyone, children included. The App Store age rating applies.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how Lately handles data, this page and the “Last updated” date will reflect it, and the change will appear in release notes.
