By downloading or using Lately (“the app”), you agree to these terms.

The app

Lately is an iOS app for iPhone and iPad, running on iOS 26 or later. It's provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. You use it at your own discretion.

Free tier and Lately Plus

Lately Free lets you keep up to 7 routines. Everything else in the app — themes, widgets, the weekly Trail summary, per-routine insights, iCloud sync — is available without paying.

Lately Plus removes the 7-routine cap. That's the only difference. It's offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual) and as a one-time lifetime purchase, all processed by Apple through StoreKit. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

You own everything you put into Lately. Because Nursoftai has no servers and collects no data, your iCloud account handles backup automatically while iCloud sync is on. If you delete the app, your local data is removed; iCloud-synced data follows your iCloud storage settings.

On-device insights

The weekly summaries and per-routine insights Lately generates come from Apple Foundation Models running on your phone, against your own notes. They're hedged guesses based on what you've recorded — not medical, financial, or professional advice. Treat them as a reflection of your own data, nothing more.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the app, redistribute it, or use it in a way that violates law or Apple's App Store guidelines.

Termination

You can stop using Lately anytime by deleting it. Your local data goes with it. There's no account to close.

Limitation of liability

Lately is provided without warranty. Nursoftai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the “Last updated” date above changes. Continued use of Lately means you accept the updated terms.
